Duct cleaning service sucks! Was sold on a service that i never received. Tell you one thing to get you to buy duct cleaning then not deliver on what they promised during the home visit! OK so this is for the people who don't look and make sure the job was done 100%. Look at all your return ducks and supply lines make sure there is a hole cut in them and patched. These knuckle heads tried telling me they did all 3 of my units when they actually only done 2. Sent 1 guy for a 2 man job since all my units where on different floors so 1 guy couldn't take the machine upstairs on his own! Job was done beginning of August just now got the updated bill this week 12/2023. Just beware. There are better companies that offer this service without all the headaches and there is ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION WITH IN THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER!

The technician did not have all the tools necessary to do an inspection of all the equipment. I told him I smelled propane coming through the vents to another room and he could not examine the exchanger because he was not properly prepared. They told him that he was checking a pilot light that was not staying on and that was not my complaint. He told me that my system should be replaced, but would not tell American Homeshield that. I now have to ask for another visit through American Homeshield in order to get the exchanger looked at since it was not what he was told to look at. Photos show that it was not lighting correctly and when this was happening propane smells were evident in the first room.

We called AireServ when my 93 year old father in law lost heat in his house. Des in the office scheduled us same day for a diagnostic check. Marshall, the service professional that came to the house was very nice and completely explained the problem we were experiencing. Unfortunately our 30 year old unit needed replacement due to several issues. The estimate for replacement was given by Tim who also was very thorough and friendly. The installers, Eric and Andrew, were great guys and worked very quickly getting the new unit installed. Even Travis, an owner was there when we fired up the new unit to ensure it worked properly.

Just had a total install done by Eric and Andrew. This small older home created some challenges but the boys persevered with professionalism and coffee. Having this heat pump unit is so much better than the old floor furnace and window unit that has always been in the house. Thanks guys pleasure doing business with you!
